Almost 8 months old

I can't believe that in 3 days Emory will be 8 months old. Only 4 months til shes 1!!!!!!
She has 5 teeth and I'm sure the 6th will pop through in the next week. She's fully crawling, getting into sitting position on her own, pulling up on anything she can and has been for a few weeks OY! She was weighed and measured on Friday and was 15 lbs 7 oz and 25 7/8 in long. My little peanut. LOL .

She loves being in the water whether it be bath or the pool. In the bath she loves splashing and getting mommy and daddy all wet. In the pool she kicks her legs, splashes and then tries to inhale the water which she finds quite the shocking experience. Emory also has a fasination with the cat. She adores him and loves that she can now chase him around the house. He handles it well and when he's had enough, he gets up and leaves the room. Em also has a baby friend, our neighbors 18 month old. They love eachother and are still figuring the other out. Its so cute to watch them "play" together.

We had an awesome Father's Day and 4th of July as a family. Em loved the fireworks, we were worried she'd meltdown because of the booms but they didnt faze her, she liked the pretty colors. :)

Jason and I are doing well, having financial up and downs but it seems to be a way of life right now. But we have food, diapers and a place to live and thats all that matters at the moment. We could use a new dryer since ours has decided to leave orange like rust spots on our clothes but we can't afford anything at the moment so I'll have to make due with what we have and be thankful we dont have to use the laundry mat. I've been thinking about going back to school but thats another expense especially if I can't get financing due to my medical bill collections that I can't take care of, again due to lack of fundage.S school has been put on hold. Jason should graduate in December and will hopefully be able to find a job quickly. He also has been doing a bit of training for a promotion at work which will be awesome when it happens.
